Yes — for Standard, Premium, and Hire Service inquiries we'll route you to the right person. Use the Sales / pricing topic on the form, or write to hello@procuraa.com directly. We'll come back within one business day with a tailored plan and (where it makes sense) a 30-minute walkthrough.
You don't need to email us first. Register an account, create your verified workspace, upload your trade license and capability statement, and our KYC team will review within 24–48 business hours. Once approved you appear in contractor searches and start receiving matched opportunities.
If you're an existing customer with an account issue, the in-app support widget is faster — your ticket lands directly in the queue with your account context attached. This form is best for everything else: pre-sales, partnerships, press, hiring, and general questions.
